Historic St. Agnes Cemetery announces its Spring/Summer art series featuring outdoor drawing & painting classes and photography workshop.
All Skill Levels Encouraged!
Class size will be limited to allow one on one instruction in drawing, painting and camera technique using the Cemetery’s Victorian grounds, beautiful neo-classical sculpture and architecture as subjects. Award winning artist Randi Bentley and professional photographer Joann Hoose have helped many students become better at their craft after they’ve experienced their unique classes and workshops. We invite you to sign up for one or all of the following:
May 6 1:30 – 3:30 – Figure drawing
May 13 1:30 – 3:30 Perspective in drawing classic architecture
May 20 4 – 8 PM Photography Workshop. Camera Techniques Demystified! This is a hands on workshop (picnic and discussion included).
June 10 1:30 – 3:30 – Watercolor lessons in landscape painting
June 24 1:30 – 3:30 – Drawing Floral arrangements using fresh picked flowers
Cost: $15 per art class and $50 per photography workshop – pre-registration is required.
